Our services are generally covered by most health insurance plans, including Medicare.  We are a Blue Cross Blue Sheild participating provider as well as a recognized provider by most commercial health care plans.  We are a member of the Heartland Healthcare Network.   Our services fall under your  “outpatient”  therapy benefit.  Check with your insurance plan to see  exactly what your benefits are, or let us contact your insurance company for you.  Keep in mind that co-payments, co-insurance and deductables may apply.
